AIRCRAFT BUYERS’ AGENT:

*Client agrees to pay Agent fee for its services through escrow at time of aircraft closing. Client also agrees to pay for all related travel expenses, 50% of the escrow fees, the pre-purchase inspection and any aircraft relocation fees if needed.

Minimum Commission:

$3,000.00

Commission for Price up to:

$300,000: 7%

Commission for Price from:

$300,001 to $600,000: 6%

Commission for Price between:

$600,001 and $1.25 million: 5%

Commission for Price above:

$1.25 million: 4%

AIRCRAFT SALES:
