AIRCRAFT ACQUISITIONS:
Client agrees to pay Agent a fee for its services in the amount of 6% of purchase price paid through escrow at time of aircraft closing. Client also agrees to pay for all related travel expenses, 50% of the escrow fees, and the pre-purchase inspection.

Client agrees to pay Agent a fee for its services in the amount of 6% of sales price paid through escrow at time of aircraft closing. Client also agrees to pay for all related travel expenses, and 50% of the escrow fees.

EXPERT WITNESS:
Litigation assistance as part of the Aircraft Appraisal practice from pretrial preparation to courtroom. Also available to review records and render opinions. CV and fee schedule are available upon request.

*If Aeromax, USA provides a certified appraisal to client then our agent fee must be agreed to in advance, and not a percentage of the purchase price.
